The residence is new (2020), built with quality materials and equipment in keeping with Charentaise architecture. This complex also complies with environmental insulation standards to guarantee both acoustic comfort (linked to the railway) and energy conservation, and is equipped with photovoltaic panels.
The five accommodations, furnished and in the process of being classified (3***), promise a serene and relaxing stay. They have been designed to comfortably accommodate from 1 to 6 people. The double bed is of good quality, a sofa bed gives you the choice to accommodate an extra person or to have 2 separate beds, the kitchen area has the necessary equipment to prepare good meals independently. The shower room is optimised and guarantees maximum safety.
Free private parking is available to residents. One parking space is reserved for each unit for the duration of your stay.
